This 20min chair yoga sequence helps you loosen up your shoulders, back, calves and ankles in combination with breathing and body awareness practise. You can do these exercises in the saddle ( if safe to do and your horse can stand calmly for that amount of time) or as warm up with a chair or cool down after your ride if you feel tensed after rididng.
Mobilize and stretch your body before you get in the saddle. This 20min sequence covers neck, shoulders, hips and back. All in a standing postion, no equipment needed. Do it straight at the barn, in the float at acompetition or anywhere you need to, to make your body more subtle for ridiing. For better posture, a deepoer more balanced seat and integration of fine and soft aids to guide your horse into better performance.
