“I combine my lifelong experience with horses, professional training as an Occupational Therapist, and additional work in hypnotherapy and nervous system regulation to support riders and women in a calm, practical and compassionate way.”

Britta knows what it feels like when life changes everything.

After moving from Germany to New Zealand, she left behind her home, career, family—and her heart horse—to start a completely new chapter.

Through this experience, alongside her professional background as an Occupational Therapist, she gained a deep understanding of stress, change, and rebuilding calm and confidence from within.
