Chair Yoga classesWe provide community based chair yoga classes on request. Chair yoga is suitable for everyone who would love to practise yoga but has restrictions in mobility, balance or due to a health condition. Our chair yoga is infused with other holistic modalities suitable to lower pain, reduce stress and to establish a calm and focused mindset.

Hi Britta,
I have found the exercises we have practised together over the past few weeks
have helped me with my shoulder pain, along with the relaxation using the exercises to help me breath and work through the pain.
I have also found that when I wake in the night with the pain I am using the exercises along with using the relaxation method. This is helping me to not only stay in bed (instead of having to get up with the pain) but get back to sleep also.
