What We Offer

Stress relief with our Nervous System Regulation programme

Nervous system regulation programme guides you step by step  to create calm and relaxation.

Included are a starting assessment, 1: 1 sessions either onsite in Invercargill or online via zoom, ongoing email support throughout the programme, worksheets, audio files and a selection of useful resources.

This programme is for you if you are experiencing:
  • Chronic Stress or overwhelm

  • Anxiety or overthinking patterns

  • Mental Fatigue & sleep issues

  • Difficulty regulating emotions

  • Feeling stuck in repetitive patterns

With our 12 weeks programme you:

  • understand how your nervous system works and why it acts the way it does, in order to keep you safe

  • learn to assess your nervous system state

  • practise evidence based tools to regulate your nervous system depending on situation and circumstances

  • shift limiting & outdated beliefs that are causing overwhelm or stress

  • use suitable tools to wind down before sleep

  • explore options of guided meditations, vizualisations & breathwork to calm & focus yourself

  • learn how to integrate new habbits & routines into your daily ilfe successfully

  • transform from overwhelm to calm, from anxiety to confidence and get your energy and smile back


Online Chair Yoga classes during the winter months

If colder months increase your stiffness, discomfort, or stress levels, this is for you.
Our online winter group classes (starting May) combine:

- Chair Yoga
- Gentle Somatic exercises
- Proven nervous-system calming techniques

Designed especially for beginners, limited mobility, and those managing health conditions.

No complicated poses.
No getting up and down off the floor.
Just safe, supportive movement you can do from your chair.
