1. About Rebalance Mind and Body
Rebalance Mind and Body provides mind-body support for equestrians, including coaching, hypnotherapy, movement and yoga-based practices, online programmes, workshops, educational resources and digital audio products.
Our services are designed to support areas such as rider confidence, comfort, mindset, nervous-system regulation, relaxation and connection.
Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, veterinary, physiotherapy or other professional healthcare advice or treatment.
If you have a medical or psychological condition, injury or other health concern, you should seek appropriate professional advice before participating in any activity or programme.

For online workshops and programmes, you are responsible for having suitable internet access and the necessary device and software to participate.
Where Zoom or another third-party platform is used, you are also subject to that platform's terms and conditions.
4. Bookings and Payment
A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or through other payment methods made available by Rebalance Mind and Body.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information, including your name and email address.
5. Cancellations, Refunds and Missed Sessions
Cancellation and refund arrangements may vary depending on the service, programme or workshop purchased and will be communicated at the time of booking where applicable.
For limited-capacity workshops and events, bookings are generally non-refundable for change of mind or failure to attend.
For online workshops, if you are unable to attend the live session, no recording will be provided unless specifically stated in the workshop information.
If you miss a session because of technical difficulties on your side, this will generally be treated as a missed session.
Where a workshop, programme or service is cancelled or cannot be provided by Rebalance Mind and Body, you will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, credit or refund, subject to your rights under New Zealand law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
6. Online Workshops and Technical Requirements
For online workshops, you are responsible for:
having a suitable internet connection;
having access to the required device and software;
joining the session using the information provided to you;
checking your email, including your spam or junk folder, for workshop information and joining instructions; and
contacting us as soon as reasonably possible if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the session.
Where technical support is available, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet, Zoom or other third-party technology services.
7. Participation and Personal Responsibility
You participate in all movement, yoga, relaxation, coaching, hypnotherapy and other activities at your own discretion and responsibility.
You are responsible for informing Britta Bruns of any relevant physical limitations, injuries, health concerns or other circumstances that may affect your ability to participate safely.
You should stop an activity if you experience pain, dizziness, distress or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Because individual responses to coaching, hypnotherapy, movement, mindfulness and other practices vary, we do not guarantee any particular result or outcome.
8. Hypnotherapy and Mind-Body Services
Hypnotherapy, coaching, guided relaxation and other mind-body services are intended to support personal wellbeing and development.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical or psychological conditions.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek additional support from a suitably qualified healthcare or mental-health professional.
9. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on this website and all materials supplied by Rebalance Mind and Body, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, programmes, exercises, course materials and other resources, are owned by Britta Bruns or used with permission.
