Registration for Workshops

Before You Register below:

Please read the following information carefully before completing your registration below:

  • This workshop is educational in nature

  • You can bring your own horse to practise with if it is safe to do so

  • Please arrive early enough ( 30min prior starting time) to give your horse time to settle into the new environment and enable them to stretch their legs after the travel

  • Please bring your own hay and water for your horse as Telford is not providing feed or water for guest horses

  • Bring your own snacks & drinks you need on the day

  • Please work within your own physical limits within the Yoga practise

  • The Yoga practise is just standing exercises, no floor work involved

  • If you have any medical concerns, consult your healthcare professional before participating.

  • Spaces are limited.

  • Your place is confirmed once payment has been received

Please note that attendance at this workshop and the use of the Telford indoor arena, parking areas, and all other facilities are entirely at your own risk.

Neither Britta Bruns, Veronica Mc Elrea, nor Telford accepts any liability for any injury to participants, horses, or spectators, or for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles, equipment, tack, personal belongings, or other property before, during, or after the workshop.

Participants agree to follow all instructions given by the workshop facilitators and to behave in a safe and respectful manner while on the premises.

Photography

Photos may be taken during the workshop to capture the event and share highlights on our website, social media channels, and other promotional materials.

If you would prefer not to appear in any photographs, please let us know before the workshop begins or email us in advance at britta@rebalancemindandbody.com.

We will do our best to respect your wishes and avoid including you in any photographs used for promotional purposes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.

If you need to cancel your workshop booking:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.

  • Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are non-refundable, as your place has been reserved and it is unlikely that we can fill it at short notice.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person. Please let us know before the workshop begins so we can update our records.

If you are feeling unwell, particularly with a contagious illness, please stay home and contact us as soon as possible.

If your horse is unwell or unable to travel on the day of the workshop, you are still very welcome to attend without your horse. You will continue to benefit from the mind-body exercises, demonstrations, and discussions, and by observing the horse work you will gain valuable insights and practical ideas to use with your own horse at home.

Where appropriate, we may offer to transfer your booking to a future workshop at our discretion.

If Rebalance Mind & Body needs to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future workshop.

While this policy applies in most situations, we recognise that exceptional circumstances can occur and reserve the right to consider these on an individual basis.

What to bring/ prepare

  • own snacks, water etc, what you need for yourself on the day

  • Leadrope and halter, horses will be tied up in the arena while we do our mind-body practise, so we can keep an eye on them

  • water and hay your horse needs for the day

  • warm but comfortable clothing

  • Curiosity and and a beginners mind (leave ambition and expectations behind )

  • please arrive about 30min before starting time to give your horse time to settle into the environment and let them stretch their legs after the travel in the float

  • Equestrian Yoga - Beginner freindly

  • Guided relaxation & vizualisation

  • Gentle movement suitable for all abilities

  • Masterson Method bodywork demo and then practise with your own horse guided by Veronica

  • Reflecting, sharing experiences and Q&A
