- learn suitable micro movements, pandiculation, sensory awareness and breathing techniques to enable pain relief from the inside out
- once learned, you practise those exercises independently at home, daily is recommended
- those exercises focus on internal sensation of the movement
- are done slowly and with maximum awareness
- are practised on a mat on the floor or on a chair
- are done gentle and slow and are not causing any extra pain
- those exercises enable you to improve posture and movement & integrate your learnings into your daily life
- you will already notice a difference after just one or two sessions
