Hi, I’m Britta, an Occupational Therapist with 25 years of experience in holistic therapy.
I’m originally from northern Germany and moved to New Zealand in 2015 to follow my heart (and my Kiwi husband). The transition wasn’t easy—new country, new culture, health challenges, and a career change after 20 years as an Occupational Therapist in Germany.
But it was through overcoming these struggles that I experienced profound personal growth and transformation.

My approach is holistic, focusing on the root causes of issues rather than just masking symptoms.
Through somatic exercises, mindfulness, and other proven methods, I guide you to reconnect with your body and mind, unlocking your own healing resources.
I’ve been where you are—constantly putting others’ needs first, ignoring my own health, and struggling with pain and stress.
But I’ve learned that self-care is essential, not selfish, and it’s the key to living a balanced, fulfilling life.
